Welcome to Ekonnect!

Ekonnect is envisioned by Dr.Prasad Modak, Founder and Executive President of Environmental Management Centre (EMC), India. Borrowing its name from Ecology, Knowledge and a connect with the Internet, Ekonnect is a unique initiative that revolutionizes learning, networking and actioning in the field of environmental management.

Ekonnect aims to

raise awareness supplement education promote training support/conduct research
recognize talent stimulate entrepreneurship achieve mainstreaming establish/operate communities of practice

With this in mind, Ekonnect offers five distinctive programmes that highlight a crucial 'facet' missing from the mainstream environmental domain today: Training, Finishing School, Eko Award, EIP and Eko Hub.
