Participate in our Eco-Essay Challenge by sharing your vision, ideas, or perspectives on sustainability. Submit a short essay on any of the 12 books like a book review of no more than 1000 words, tracing the background such as why this book was written and what was its readership and impact. End your review with three important takeaways. Finally, you may list upto 3 books for additional reading as relevant

Eligibility:

Indian national and resident Age group between 18 to 35 years.

Last date for uploading will be March 31, 2025

Prizes:

1st Prize: All 12 books

2nd Prize: Any 6 books

3rd Prize: Any 3 books

Prizes will be announced at a virtual event on June 5, 2025 that will have presence of eminent juries where the winners will make presentations.

Post the award ceremony, upto 20 top applicants will be requested by July 1m 2025 to contribute an essay of 2000 words. The essays will on inspiring sustainability stories on the ground and may require site visits for connecting with the stakeholders. Top 10 essays will be edited and accepted for the e-publication that will be released by end of 2025. A modest honorarium will be offered to all those whose essays will be accepted for the publication..
